The Flint Firebirds celebrated educators at their March 16 game, and our Kearsley community shined!
Kearsley High School teacher, Amy Graham was awarded the Firebirds' secondary teacher of the year.
Pumpkin Patch educator, Shannon Shock, was recognized as a finalist.
KHS ACAP performed the National Anthem and O Canada before the game. ACAP teacher, Zach Smith, and students played broomball between periods.
At one point, the whole arena was glowing Kearsley blue & gold!
