Kearsley is partnering with the State of Michigan to improve our Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The State of Michigan implemented SIGMA Vendor Self-Services (VSS) to improve budgeting processes, accounting activities, payments, receiving bids, and providing grant opportunities.
