Kearsley Schools welcomes our new School Resource Officer, Kirt Bierlein. He began his duties this week.
Officer Bierlein is a 13 year law enforcement veteran. He began his law enforcement career as an officer at Genesee Township, transitioned to Burton PD in 2013 and recently returned to Genesee Township last July. Officer Bierlein has also worked for the Village of New Lothrop as an officer and Chief of Police.
He will have a strong presence in all district buildings. Over the next few weeks he will be visiting our school buildings and getting to know our students and staff.
We are excited to have him join our Kearsley family!
