Hello KHS Senior Students and Families,
Next week marks the beginning of a very special and busy time for the Class of 2026, filled with celebrations, practices, and graduation events. Below is a day-by-day outline of senior activities, important information, and expectations for the week.
Please take a few moments to review the schedule carefully. Our goal is to make sure every senior is informed, prepared, and able to fully enjoy their final week at Kearsley High School. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Tuesday, 5/26
Cap & Gown Pick Up
Location: KHS CRC
Time: 12:30 pm
Each student MUST bring in their yellow check out card, completed.
If you have any fees that are unpaid, please be prepared to pay those then.
Students will obtain the tickets for graduation at that time.
Wednesday, 5/27
Athletic Awards Practice - By Invitation Only, Mandatory
Location: KHS Auditorium
Time: 8:30 am
Senior Elementary Walk
Buses leave KHS @ 9:00 am
All seniors will meet at the front door of KHS.
Seniors should wear Cap and Gown.
The elementary walk is the only time that you can wear your cap and gown without dress clothes underneath.
Honor Cord Pick Up
Location: KHS Media Center
Time: 12:00 pm
Class Day
Location: CRC
Time: 1:00 pm
Seniors are expected to meet in the cafeteria to line up at 12:30 pm
Families are welcome

Time: 7:00 pm
Seniors should arrive at 6:30 pm
Seniors MUST wear full graduation dress code attire:
Men: White dress shirt, solid black or navy tie, navy blue or black dress slacks, and black dress shoes
Women: White dress and white or off-white dress shoes with a heel strap

Honors Convocation Practice - By Invitation Only, Mandatory

The Graduation Ceremony will be livestreamed on the district’s Facebook and YouTube accounts.
