Kearsley Families,
As we enter what I affectionately call “celebration season,” I want to begin by recognizing and thanking the incredible staff who make these moments possible for our students each and every day. Today marks the beginning of Staff Appreciation Week, which gives us an opportunity to reflect on the important impact our staff members have on our children. From teachers and paraprofessionals, to bus drivers and food service staff, administrators and office teams, our staff go above and beyond to create safe, supportive, and engaging learning environments. Their care and commitment are at the heart of everything we celebrate this time of year.
These final weeks of the school year are filled with moments that reflect the strength of our entire Kearsley community. From concerts and performances, to award ceremonies and classroom celebrations, our students are showing just how much they have grown this year. These are the moments you have supported all along through early mornings, late nights, practices, studying, and everything in between.
As we recognize students through awards and honors, it is important to remember the hard work behind each one. Every certificate, medal, and recognition represents hours of effort, perseverance through challenges, and a commitment to improvement. These achievements are not defined by a single moment, but by the effort that led up to them.
We know that strong schools are built on strong partnerships with families. Your involvement, encouragement, and support make a tremendous difference in your child’s experience and success. I encourage you to take time over the next few weeks to celebrate your child’s accomplishments and share in the pride that defines our Kearsley community. These are the memorable moments that our kids will remember.
Thank you for your continued partnership and for everything you do to support your children and our schools. Let’s finish the year strong together!
Sincerely,
Paul Gaudard
