Yesterday marked the final Flint Metro League (FML) Student Council meeting of the year—and students wrapped it up by giving back. Our Kearsley High School StuCo members spent the day at the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan, packing boxes of food to support our local community.
We’re also incredibly proud to share some exciting news: Ava Salem '25 was awarded a $500 FML scholarship, becoming the first Kearsley student in years to receive this prestigious honor!
Way to go, Ava—and thank you to all our student leaders for representing Kearsley with heart and dedication!
