Dear Kearsley Community,
The tragic events that unfolded in Grand Blanc yesterday hit close to home for many of us. Our thoughts remain with the entire Grand Blanc community as they navigate this heartbreaking event.
Please know that the safety and well-being of our students is always our top priority. Our building and district teams work closely with law enforcement to maintain strong safety protocols in all of our schools. While this news is a painful reminder of the challenges in the world around us, I want to reassure you that we remain vigilant in doing everything possible to keep our students safe.
We also recognize the emotional toll that events like this can have on our kids. Our counselors, social workers, and staff are all here to support students in any way they need. I encourage you to reach out to your child’s school if you feel additional support is needed.
Moments like this remind us of the importance of compassion, care, and connection for each and every member of our Kearsley community. Let’s continue to look out for one another, extend kindness, and provide the reassurance our children need in these uncertain times. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Paul Gaudard
Superintendent
