Tuesday, March 12 & Thursday, March 14
Appointment Times: 9:00-11:00 am and 4:00-7:00 pm
Saturday, March 16
Appointment Times: 9:00 am-1:00 pm
Please bring the following to Round-Up during your appointment:
- Your child (if they have not completed the kindergarten screener at the Pumpkin Patch)
- Child's birth certificate
- Guardian's drivers license
- Immunization records
- 3 proofs of residency (if you live within the Kearsley district). Examples: rental/mortgage statement, utility bills, etc.
- School of Choice application (if you do not live within the Kearsley district) Please call 810-591-7611 for more information.
- Oral Health Assessment, dated no earlier than February 26, 2024, using this form (click here). If this is not complete prior to Round Up, it can be completed prior to the first day of school.
