Welcome back Hornets! ! Online annual renewal for the upcoming 2026–27 school year is now open.
All families need to complete the annual renewal process for each of their student(s) through their Synergy ParentVUE account. ParentVUE is one of the primary ways our district and schools communicate with families, so completing the renewal helps ensure that we have your most current contact and student information and that you continue receiving important updates throughout the year.
If you need to enroll a new student, please visit the Kearsley Administration Building at 4396 Underhill Drive or call 810-591-8000.
As part of the renewal process, families will be asked to complete the federal Educational Benefits Form. Completing this form is extremely important because it helps Kearsley continue receiving funding for programs and services that support our students. It also helps ensure that we can continue offering free breakfast and lunch to all students. In addition, your family may qualify for benefits such as discounted home internet service, reduced AP testing fees, college application fee waivers, and other resources.
After completing the annual renewal process, schedules and teacher assignments will be available according to the following timeline:
Kearsley High School: Student schedules will be available during student orientation on Wednesday, August 12.
Armstrong Middle School: Student schedules will be available in ParentVUE beginning Friday, August 14.
Elementary Schools: Teacher assignments will be available after the annual renewal process has been completed.
Families who have not completed the renewal process before their child’s Open House will be asked to complete it electronically at that time. Teacher assignments cannot be provided until the renewal process is complete.
If you have never used ParentVUE for any of your children, you will need an activation key to log in for the first time. If you do not have your activation code, please contact your child’s school office or email synergy@kearsleyschools.org.
